Responsive recruiter Benefits: Preschool Business Director – Center Operations Leadership Role Location: The Learning Experience – Owings Mills, MD Pay: $40,000–$45,000 per year Schedule: Full-Time, Rotating Shift Between 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM The Learning Experience – Owings Mills is seeking a Business Director to support daily center operations, staff coordination, family engagement, and enrollment activities across infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. This role partners closely with the Center Director to help maintain compliance, classroom quality, and a positive experience for children and families.
