Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the school year. Hourly Rate Range: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour Responsibilities would include: - Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) aligned with student needs. - Provide direct behavior support and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions for students with disabilities. - Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting intervention strategies based on data and team collaboration. - Work closely with IEP teams, teachers, support staff, paraprofessionals, and families to support behavioral goals. - Train and coach school staff on ABA principles, reinforcement systems, and effective behavior management strategies. - Support crisis intervention and behavior de-escalation techniques within the school environment. - Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions. - Maintain accurate data collection, documentation, and progress notes in compliance with IDEA and Michigan Department of Education requirements. - Recommend and support the use of assistive technology, reinforcement systems,...
