Position Title: Education Consultant - AVID Salary Range: Education Consultant, Grade 16, exempt, $66,290 - $83,700. This range reflects the minimum to midpoint of the grade. Salary may exceed the midpoint and will commensurate with experience. The salary represented is pro-rated to 195-day salary. Job Description Summary: The Education Consultant is responsible for supporting the implementation of education-related services for Region V school districts by coordinating and delivering high-quality professional development, coaching, and consultation. This role partners closely with school and district staff to implement research-based practices and programs that strengthen teaching, learning, and organizational effectiveness. This role provides support through consulting, coaching, training, modeling, and/or coordinating. The Education Consultant integrates an equity lens into all work to promote culturally responsive practices, remove systemic barriers, and ensure inclusive engagement across school communities.
