Solicitor - 2-4 yrs - Environment and Planning – Sydney We are seeking a solicitor (2-4 yrs) with experience in a broad range of environment and planning matters to join our Sydney team. Our work: You will be involved with challenging and complex legal work across the full spectrum of environment and planning issues. In this role, you will be assisting Michael Causer , Michelle Astridge and Kate Dean , Partners in our Environment and Planning team. You will work on disputes, including judicial review proceedings and regulator enforcement matters. You will also be responsible for the provision of major project planning and environmental advice – particularly in relation to the environmental and planning aspects of large-scale transactions, infrastructure developments and other major projects. Our clients: The team works with an enviable range of national and international blue chip clients including mining companies, property developers, statutory authorities, and State and Local Government.
