Reports To: Chief Administrative Officer Location: Boston, MA or New York, NY Salary: $150,000 - $200,000: We are seeking a senior Head of Business Analytics & Business Intelligence to own how data is consumed, interpreted, and acted upon across the firm. This leader is accountable for transforming high-quality, governed data into insights that directly inform executive decisions, business strategy, and day-to-day execution. Reporting to the CAO, this role serves as the firm’s authority on analytics, business intelligence, and business performance metrics. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—able to engage at the executive level while personally shaping critical analyses, dashboards, and insight delivery. This role partners closely with the Chief Information Officer and the Head of Data Engineering, who owns data pipelines, platforms, and foundational governance. Together, these leaders define data standards, governance, and tooling strategy—while maintaining clear accountability between data supply and data consumption.
