ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence is looking for candidates for a position of Global Purchasing Coordinator with German You will be responsible for: - The Global Purchasing Coordinator collaborates with global buyers, global buying support (back- office), and users from respective clusters on global category purchases (global services, water treatment, refractories, industrial products, cylinders, IT/Telco, fuels, and bottled industrial gases). - Support global buyers and global buying support team on a daily basis - Reconcile the monthly reception for global categories and helps in simplification of the invoices from suppliers - Guide Global Buying Support team in prioritizing the POs for respective clusters - Facilitate in understanding of spend tree management for global categories - Maintain a list of purchase requirements for EPO office of respective cluster and raise PR accordingly - Support in RCA (root cause analysis) to reduce the webcycles & improve automation - Manage and validate the list of accesses in Procurement systems for respective cluster - Informing users of changes in purchasing teams and procedures - Act to solve the urgent issues raised by users Our...
