Key Responsibilities (Focus on Data & Admin) Data Entry & Management: Inputting and updating customer purchase orders and forecast information into the system . Shipping Documentation: Preparing daily shipping paperwork, including morning picklists and ensuring correct carrier stamping . Logistics Coordination: Providing delivery note references for Ex Works collections in advance . Record Keeping: Ensuring all customer delivery notes are organized and filed correctly .
