Manager, People Operations and Payroll (FR)

Job description

The Role We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented leader to support the operational backbone of our France entity. This role sits at the intersection of People Operations, Payroll, and Compliance ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our Paris office. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role responsible for payroll administration, labor compliance, and general support including helping to drive the local team culture, representing the People Operations team on the ground as our establishing member in France, and being the operational backbone of our Paris location. You will partner closely with our global People and Finance teams to ensure local compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence. This role reports directly to our VP, People & Culture with a dotted line to our GM and Co-Founder. This role is hybrid from our Paris office.
