Job Title: Production Supervisor Job Description: Job Description Production Supervisor – Day Shift ( C ) Shift: Thursday – Saturday , 5:30 A M– 6:00 P M, with rotating Wednesdays We are seeking a driven and collaborative Production Supervisor to join our Hillsboro, Oregon team. In this role, you will be accountable to meet departmental production targets by leading a high-performing team with a strong focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will supervise production operators, manage scheduling and workflow, and foster an environment where teamwork, innovation, and accountability thrive. This position partners closely with engineering and other crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth communication and seamless operations across all production shifts. What You’ll Do: Champion Safety: Promote and model safe work practices. Partner with EHS to deliver safety training and reinforce a strong safety culture.
