HVAC Service Technician (Senior / Lead Level) - Location: Corpus Christi, TX - Pay: Competitive pay based on experience - Type: Full time permanent employment Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain advanced and complex commercial HVAC systems - Perform troubleshooting, disassembly, reassembly, and planned maintenance on large-scale equipment - Coordinate and execute work on service contracts, quoted projects, and demand service calls - Act as a front-line technical leader, providing guidance, training, and support to other technicians - Coordinate subcontractors and assist with workflow planning on larger projects - Communicate clearly with customers, explain work performed, and build long-term client relationships - Purchase materials and manage parts and inventory on service vehicles - Document job progress and communicate status to internal stakeholders - Use mobile/app-based service and reporting software - Follow all safety policies and operate company vehicles in compliance with fleet requirements Required Experience & Qualifications: - 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience - High school diploma or GED required (technical degree preferred) -...
