Job Title: Senior Analyst - Submarine Emergency Planner Location: Pearl Harbor, HI: Clearance : Secret: Overview: The Senior Analyst will provide analytical and engineering support to the Commander, Submarine Force U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMSUBPAC) Maintenance and Material Readiness Directorate (N4), specializing in training and oversight of radiological controls for submarine and submarine tender operations and maintenance. The role involves leveraging expertise in submarine nuclear programs, logistics, and maintenance to manage new initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and drive project completion. The Senior Analyst will also develop concise, leadership-ready briefs to communicate complex technical issues and progress to senior leadership. This position is based at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, with potential for travel to local, CONUS, and OCONUS locations.
