Hendrick Honda Easley Location: 4609 Calhoun Memorial Hwy., Easley, South Carolina 29640 We are seeking a highly skilled Technician to join our growing service department at Hendrick Honda Easley! Summary: Responsible for identifying necessary vehicle service and performing the repair, service, and/or maintenance work. Candidates should possess main-line expertise in vehicle maintenance and repair to be successful in this role. Certified Technician candidates with import dealership experience strongly preferred. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Examines customer vehicles. Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance. Estimates cost of repairs. Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance. Documents services performed. Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines. Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines. Requests necessary parts. Effectively utilizes available technologies to enhance customer experience. Maintains CSI at or above Company standards. Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
