Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Senior Manager, Order Entry to join us in a full-time capacity. Location Requirement: The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in a Segra office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week. Role Overview: The Senior Manager, Order Entry will be a strategic and detail-driven leader overseeing the order coordinator team in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely entry of customer orders, ensures alignment with service-level agreements (SLAs), and collaborates cross-functionally with sales, provisioning, billing, and network operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. The Senior Manager will lead all order entry operations across three billing systems for the combined Segra organization (East and West), while also driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency.
