Responsible for overseeing Renovation projects for DevCo US Construction. The Project Manager will utilize fundamental Construction Management best practices to complete projects including construction terminology, law and statutes for each state, health and safety laws, blueprint reading, and work with the Development Manager, taking a project from conception, planning, design, budgeting, construction through project completion.
