Role Purpose: Accountable for the establishment, management, and growth of the German branch, with full responsibility for commercial performance and regulatory compliance in line with local and EU requirements and group strategy. Reporting Line: Reports to EU CEO Key Responsibilities: Commercial - Own P&L and revenue growth of the Poland branch. - Define and execute local market strategy (client acquisition, partnerships, distribution). - Build, lead, and scale local commercial and support teams. - Ensure alignment with group product, pricing, and risk appetite.
