Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 12 years of experience in electronics packaging, server systems, data center, or a related industry. - 12 years of experience with thermal analysis modeling and characterization. - 5 years of experience with leading technical programs and pathfinding with product development. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience in advanced cooling techniques such as liquid cooling, thermal interface materials, thermo-electric devices, two-phase heat transfer, or heat exchangers. - Experience in capturing temperature, pressure, velocity, power, flow rates, acceleration, displacement, acoustics, FloTHERM, IcePak, and CAD. - Experience in establishing project goals, coordinating resources, and providing technical leadership working suppliers to deliver thermal products at scale with emphasis on quality. - Expertise in analytical methodologies and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) frameworks to assess technologies, identify trends, and formulate clear...
