Job Description: Ove r view: The Food Safety & Quality Systems Intern will support the packing operations by assisting with the transition of the Food Safety and Quality Management software, “SmartFoodSafe”. This will provide not just knowledge into FSMA regulations and Quality System principles but hands on experience on how to implement them in a real setting with fresh produce.
