Job description

Job Duties: Associate, POT Client Services - Operations with Goldman Sachs Wealth Services, L.P. in Cohoes, New York. Conduct daily reconciliations for firm books and records on investment and cash balances. Liaise with partner teams to resolve any daily reconciliation differences and take corrective action as necessary. Produce reports on a wide range of topics including team health, financial statements, budgets and transactions. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external custodians on the remediation of fraudulent activity. Receive, review and process invoices from 3rd party vendors from Accounts Payable. Serve as a subject matter expert in documenting requirements for Engineering to implement identified operational efficiencies and efficiently communicate the project updates to all the internal stakeholders. Assure high-quality performance among new joiners, contingents and interns by training them in line with procedures and risk controls. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Marketing & Operation Management or related field.
