Everforth ECS is seeking an Identity Services Lead - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities: - Lead the operational execution of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IdAM) services. - Manage and oversee Active Directory, Entra ID, and federation services. - Coordinate and ensure compliance with authentication platforms and privileged access management. - Supervise identity technicians and enforce adherence to identity governance procedures. - Oversee account provisioning workflows and enforce role-based access control. - Validate audit logging and manage entitlement review activities. - Coordinate remediation of access control findings to maintain secure identity governance. - Ensure operations comply with DoD security policies and enterprise configuration management standards. - Support identity services across NIPRNet and SIPRNet environments. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: - Clearance: Secret Eligible required - S.
