Then this might be just the opportunity for you…: In this role you'll....: - Lead the technical function on site at St Mary Bourne, ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality and legal compliance - Be accountable for compliance with BRC’s customer standards and all relevant legislation - Ensure the site is audit-ready at all times by hosting and acting as the technical lead for our customer and third party audits - Own and maintain site HACCP, food safety systems, risk assessments and specifications - Drive continuous improvement in quality performance and food safety culture - Lead and develop our QA team of up to 14 people, driving performance and engagement within our on site Technical Team - Proactively manage the site QMS within the direct and wider team You can do this if....: - You have proven experience in a Technical and / or Quality Management role within food manufacturing, fresh produce or similar...
