Position Title: Manager-Payables/Cash Mngmnt Department: Vendor Payables: Term of Assignment: Continuing: Term End Date, If Applicable: FLSA Status: Exempt = not eligible for overtime Work Schedule: Traditionally Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with occasional evening and weekend work required. Salary: Targeted Salary Range: $54,800-$58,900: Travel: Less than 10%: Brief Statement of Duties: Brief Statement of Duties: Plan, direct, coordinate and supervise the Vendor Payable and Cash Management office which generates all non-payroll disbursements of the University and includes initiation of all wire transfer payments. Assure sufficient cash is available for all University expenditures through monitoring of bank account balances and recommend the amount of cash available to be deposited to or withdrawn from investments. Identify payments that require 1099/1042s reporting and related withholding and prepare and submit appropriate forms to the Internal Revenue Service by required deadlines.
