By mid-2026, the headcount for Turner & Townsend in Europe will be 2,500 people and because of the ongoing growth and continuous innovation of our company, we are extending our learning & development team and are recruiting a Learning & Development Lead for the Europe region. The role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall learning and development strategy for Turner & Townsend in Europe. This role will be at Associate Director level, reporting into the European HR Operations Director. This role focuses on creating the framework for change management and training of new systems and processes, aligning learning initiatives with business objectives, enhancing employee skills and performance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
