Role Overview: We’re on the lookout for a Billing and Training Specialist who has done their time in the law firm finance world, but here’s the twist: this time, you won’t be doing the work, you’ll be teaching others how to master it! You’ll be supporting the law firms that use Smokeball every day, guiding them through systems, and sharing your hard-earned expertise to help them shine. We want someone who’s genuinely passionate about helping clients get the most out of Smokeball and who’s excited to join a vibrant, client-obsessed community of legal and tech pros.
