Description SUMMARY : Serves as the on-site focal point for contract support at the Soldier Readiness Center (SRC) and facilitates the proper validation checks for personnel-related readiness requirements. This position assists with scheduling for the SRC operation, as well as controlling the flow through the SRC process. This position performs an Essential Contractor Service and is expected to provide services under all circumstances. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities listed in a satisfactory manner: - Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with Army Regulation (AR) 600-8-101, as well as other applicable regulations, policies and procedures. - Assist in the scheduling and processing of mobilizing, demobilizing, deployment/ redeployment elements - Coordinate daily with the Garrison Support Organization’s Mobilization Operations Section and SRC staff leaders to ensure there are no conflicts with scheduled processing. - Conduct initial SRC daily briefing on flow, paperwork and processing procedures for all units/individuals and assist in directing them...
