General Information The Cowichan Valley Regional District is now accepting applications from prospective candidates to join our organization as a casual Food & Beverage II in the Cowichan Lake Recreation Division within the Community Services Department. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Coordinator, the Food & Beverage II effectively performs duties, assigned by the Food & Beverage Coordinator, including cooking and prep cooking, serving, cashiering, washing dishes, bussing tables and performs banquet, concession, cleaning and sanitation work. The Food & Beverage II provides professional service to patrons ensuring their satisfaction, including responding to inquiries with tact and directing concerns to the appropriate sources.
