Description Target Marketing Group, a Helm company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee and manage our order fulfillment processes. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of order management and fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment Process: - Input and manage orders accurately. - Administer SKU set-up and stock reviews. - Conduct program reviews and track orders. - Process transactions promptly and accurately. Customer Returns: - Facilitate the return process for online orders. - Communicate with customers about product availability, shortages, and changes. Vendor Communication: - Report damages or product defects to vendors and coordinate resolutions. Customer Support: - Interact with customers via phone or email to address inquiries about web orders. - Handle customer complaints regarding order issues, mis-shipments, or turnaround times.
