Job Title: Urban Youth Academy – Front Desk Assistant Job Summary: The Kansas City MLB Urban Youth Academy is a nonprofit organization with the mission to empower Kansas’s City’s youth through baseball, softball, academic and social opportunities to be the leaders of tomorrow. This position will be housed at the Urban Youth Academy and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, safe, and professional environment. Serving as the first and last point of contact for guests, this position is essential to delivering a positive guest experience. The role includes greeting visitors, providing information, responding to inquiries, and supporting daily operations while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
