About the Role: We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead and oversee clinical services within our Level 3.1 behavioral health programs. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality care, supporting and supervising clinical staff, and driving program development and operational excellence. The Clinical Director plays a critical leadership role, balancing oversight of clinical operations with staff development, compliance, and program growth. This position may maintain a reduced caseload while prioritizing leadership responsibilities.
