Overview IT service delivery supervisors oversee workers, facilitate meetings, and ensure that products and services satisfy consumers. As team leaders, IT service delivery managers use strong communication skills to motivate and encourage workers. They also use strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers. Responsibilities: - Recommends hardware and software solutions to operational issues and meets customer needs. Develops troubleshooting and problem resolution programs to ensure high level of service and efficiency. - Plans, develops, directs, schedules, and/or assists in the deployment and/or enhancement of DH's information systems. Manages work flow within the team and communication with other IS teams and user population. Maintains the scope and workplan and ensures all milestones and deliverables are on-time and budget. - Responsible for individual teams and projects with a small scope of control - Serves as a liaison with other departments, partners, and affiliates to achieve system-wide goals. - Manages staffing and personnel issues.
