Like working with your hands, fixing things, and keeping things running? We’re looking for a Maintenance Lead who can jump in, take charge, and get the job done. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM On-Call: Rotating evenings/weekends required: Requirements: - Handle day-to-day maintenance across campus - Fix issues with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs - Knock out work orders and keep up with preventative maintenance - Help with projects, setups, and seasonal work (including snow removal) - Step in as a leader and help keep things moving - 3+ years of maintenance experience - HVAC/Refrigeration certification (required) - Solid all-around skills (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) - Able to lift, climb ladders, and stay active throughout the day - Reliable and able to work on your own Benefits: If you know your way around tools and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, apply today. - Medical, Dental, Vision - Retirement with employer match - Paid time off
