Description Job Summary: Bourbon & Bones Lounge – Square One Concepts, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Busser to join the team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and supporting the servers to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests. Duties/Responsibilities: - Clear and reset tables in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that the dining area is clean and presentable for the next guests. - Assist the waitstaff with bringing food and beverages to tables, as well as refilling water glasses and other beverages. - Communicate effectively with the waitstaff to ensure that they have the necessary supplies and equipment to provide excellent service to our guests. - Assist with cleaning duties, including sweeping, and mopping the floors, taking out the trash, and restocking supplies. - Follow safety and sanitation protocols, including proper handling and disposal of dishes and utensils, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. - Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guests' requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. - Collaborate with...
