GENERAL PURPOSE: Under the direction of management, provide ongoing support to members regarding DFA Financing products and services; prepare loan documents based on the instructions from loan officers and management; administer and monitor the leasing function for the purpose of preparing and maintaining standard documents; provide excellent customer service to farmer members by answering telephone inquiries or preparing documents in a timely manner; and work with insurance companies to verify coverage and ensure DFA Financing is listed on the coverage. Demonstrate an entrepreneurial attitude, be results driven, and work independently without intense management oversight. Travel: 5%-15% (1-3 times per year) - Verify borrower/applicant information presented; verify existing loan balances, if any - Verify that UCC search and credit report have been requested and reviewed by loan officer - Perform complete review of loan information package submitted by loan officer; obtain clarification of any missing or incomplete information; confirm all necessary approvals received - If borrower is an entity, request and review all entity organizational documents necessary to determine eligibilit...
