Description REPORTS TO: Vice President: JOB SCOPE: The Controller is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial reporting while serving as an advisor to executive leadership. This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial information, providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision making across the organization. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES: - Oversee all core accounting operations, including but not limited to: - Month-end close - Cash flow reporting - Inventory transactions - Audit/compliance preparation - Tax reporting - Forecasting - Identify trends and risks and articulate financial data into meaningful guidance for various audiences. - Leverage the company’s ERP system to generate financial reports, perform data analysis, improve reporting efficiency and strengthen internal controls. - Assessing current operations, maintain controls and procedures safeguarding companies’ assets, ensure compliance and maximize the company’s financial health and operational efficiency. - Collaborate cross functionally to align financial planning with business objectives with regular updates in support of company strategy, growth and long-term planning....
