Provides direct patient care under the direct supervision of the PT and PTA, conducts maintenance programs as outlined by staff physical therapists. Identifies and meets the patient's needs in compliance with hospital policies and procedures. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1.
