The RS role is to assist in managing sales, staff, inventory, and operational and merchandising functions of the Spa Lifestyle Store to attain maximum profitability, productivity, and superb guest service. The RS will ensure the retail outlets throughout the resort are well stocked and beautifully merchandised. This position also assists in making purchasing decisions and completing purchases in order to maximize return. The Retail Supervisor will assist in employee oversight of the Retail Sales Associates. The RS assists in guiding the team into a vibrant, accountable group with a high sense of urgency and guest focused sensibility by leading the team with hands-on approach and high-visibility.
