You may be our new Head of Market Controlling & FP&A (m/w/d) The Head of Market Controlling & FP&A plays a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the business, driving robust financial planning, performance management, and commercial insight to enable sound strategic decisions and sustainable, profitable growth. As a trusted sparring partner to senior leadership, the role delivers clear, forward‑looking financial perspectives and value‑driven recommendations that influence key business outcomes. You will act as the primary financial counterpart to the Director Sales Europe and work in close partnership with the European Leadership Team, ensuring commercial focus and financial discipline across the organization.
