For our Animal Health location Boxmeer, we are currently recruiting a Learning & Development Lead (Manufacturing) Welcome to our team: Our Boxmeer site manufactures and package animal health products according to Good Manufacturing Practices standards (GMP) and is working according to our in-house developed production system (MPS), which is based on Lean Six Sigma and inclusion principles. The Learning & Development (L&D) team sits within the Center of Excellence Operational Excellence (CoE OPX) alongside the MPS and SAP Data & Processes teams. L&D drives business performance by designing, delivering and continuously improving targeted learning solutions, capability frameworks and development pathways that build skills, increase adoption and sustain operational excellence across the organization.
