Position Summary: The Remittance Tracking Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing a queue of work related to revenue cycle success. You are responsible for the timely and accurate resolution of claims to resolve open accounts receivable (AR) and surface opportunities to improve outcomes. You will work independently but within a team structure, engage in process refinement, and identify best practices. This includes research, and resolution of claims/records through thorough research, contacting payers through established channels (portal, phone etc.) and taking appropriate actions to minimize client work and drive timely resolution of AR. This work also includes working with various stakeholders, identifying trends, data analysis and process improvement/workflow enhancements to support the creation of a thriving ecosystem that delivers accessible, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare for all.
