Compass Health Center is seeking a Mental Health Resource and Discharge Planning Therapist for our Partial Hospital and Intensive Outpatient Programs at our Chicago, IL office. We are seeking an experienced clinician with a passion for delivering evidence-based therapy to Adults and Young Adults with anxiety and mood disorders. As the resource and discharge planning therapist, you will be responsible for facilitating aftercare planning with patients and families as well as providing general skills groups as needed. If you are passionate about working with patients to communicate, develop and carry out appropriate treatment plans and compassionate care, you would be an ideal addition to our team. This position is embedded within the Chicago Over 18 programs and will report to the Sr. Director of Adult and Young Adult programming.
