Your Opportunity Stantec is seeking a Healthcare Planner to join our Houston studio. This role is ideal for a planner who brings both strategic thinking and a strong understanding of clinical operations to complex healthcare environments. Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you will lead planning efforts or play a key role, depending on project scale and complexity. You will work across a range of project types - from community hospitals and ambulatory care centers to large academic medical campuses - partnering closely with clients, clinicians, and internal teams to translate operational goals into efficient, adaptable, and future-ready healthcare environments, including work within active hospital settings and across system-wide initiatives.
