Senior Developer - Core Payments

Job description

The Sr. Developer will serve as a subject matter expert overseeing the design, development, testing, and deployment of Core Payments products and features working in collaboration with architecture, platform, product, operations, and business teams to accelerate the delivery of innovative money movement solutions and capabilities aligned with member-centric business initiatives and corporate strategies. This role ensures adherence to SDLC, operational, architectural, and security standards, and provides technical guidance to both leadership and junior team members. The Sr. Developer specializes in delivering cloud-based services and applications, requires extensive knowledge of integration technologies, and works independently on complex projects. Familiarity with Navy Federal's core banking platform, payment products, cloud, and platform strategy is preferred. Navy Federal Credit Union currently does not provide sponsorship for this role.
