Roam is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven GTM Sales teammate to help grow our listing agent pipeline and fuel revenue growth. As one of the earliest members of our go-to-market team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we scale across the country. In this role, you’ll engage directly with prospective listing agents—through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings—to build trust, understand their needs, and introduce them to Roam’s unique value. You’ll own a high-volume pipeline and partner closely with teams across the company to continuously improve how we reach and serve our customers. We believe great teammates come from all backgrounds.
