Technical Writer Intern

Department: L earning & Enablement Reports to: Director, Learning & Enablement Location: On-Site Overview: We are seeking a Technical & Process Writer Intern to help document, standardize, and improve internal and customer-facing content. You will work closely with product, engineering, operations, and customer service teams to capture knowledge, improve processes, and support scalable growth. This is a 10 week paid internship. Responsibilities: - Document internal processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflows across teams - Create and maintain user guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials - Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and validate information - Audit existing documentation and recommend improvements for clarity and consistency - Support onboarding materials for new employees and customers - Assist in organizing and maintaining documentation repositories - Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve documentation quality Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (Optional but helpful for ideal candidate targeting) - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in English, Technical Writing, Communic...
