The opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career in the construction industry. Working on site and under the mentorship of a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for: You will be provided with internal and external training opportunities to support and develop your career path at Hindmarsh. - Supporting the project team in the management of both Head & Subcontract variation - Management of subcontractor/Supplier claims process in accordance with the subcontract & HCA Systems - Assist with the compilation of monthly reports About you: You will be a good fit for this role if you are currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Construction Management/Building or another related degree. We are looking for a person who is motivated, detail-oriented, and who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. You must have excellent communication skills, be a confident user of Microsoft office, and willing to learn new skills on the job.
