Overview Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm based in California. We are seeking an Aviation Construction Manager (Landside Terminal & Concourse) to join our Facilities Sector. The Construction Manager is responsible for managing the scope, cost, schedule and operational interfaces of all design and construction-related activities for the program. The Construction Manager will be focused on schedule certainty, budget delivery, and making sure that construction work meets the required quality standards while enforcing a strong health, safety, and environmental culture on the project. The Construction Manager will support the development and implementation of design, construction, testing, commissioning, turnover plans, impacts to the operations, ensuring that risk mitigation for construction activities is optimized, working and coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring LAWA standards are adhered to.
