Overview Job Description: The Senior Benefits Analyst – Data & Systems plays a key role in supporting and optimizing employee benefits programs across a large, multi-location healthcare system (10,000+ employees). This position is heavily focused on data integrity, systems integration, advanced analytics, and audit controls to ensure accurate and compliant benefits administration at scale. This role requires a highly technical professional with deep expertise in Excel, reporting tools, and HRIS/benefits platforms. The ideal candidate excels at transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, automating processes, and strengthening audit and reconciliation frameworks in a high-volume, regulated healthcare environment.
