Rainbow Restoration of Cinti/NKY is a full service property restoration company serving Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky residential, business and commercial property owners. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill a Client Care/Project Management Support position. This is a key support position on our team of professionals dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our customers. The successful candidate is highly motivated, has a high attention to detail, is a self-starter, has excellent time management skills, is a problem solver, projects a professional image both in person and over the phone, can successfully multi-task, works cooperatively and enthusiastically with others while balancing a variety of job responsibilities. Basic Responsibilities: - Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner - Data Entry for all new and ongoing jobs; maintains/audits all related documents - Scheduling of services; interacting with customers - Assist Project Managers securing jobs and thru all stages of job implementation thru to completion - Assist Accounts Receivable as needed - Processes credit card payments - Maintains profile screening qualifi...
