Work Shift: Weekend (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36 Salary Range: $34 - $48: Union Position: No Department Details: RNs in hospice are case managers. They see patients in various settings, including private home, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities. This position would oversee and educate symptom management, plan of care and end of life management with patients and care givers. Growing collaborate with interdisplinary team including nursing, chaplain, social worker and physicians. Providing quality care with dignity and respect is of the upmost importance in hospice care.
