POSITION TITLE: Donor Engagement Coordinator LOCATION : Portland, ME: HOURS: Full Time, 37.5hours/week, Hourly (Non-Exempt) UNION MEMBERSHIP: This position is represented by the MSEA union in ME POSITION PURPOSE: The Donor Engagement Coordinator is responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding PPNNE’s Midlevel donor programs, including maintaining the flow of donors up to the Major gift program and the transition of donors from the Major gift program to Midlevel. YOUR DAY- TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Build and manage relationships with Midlevel donors by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding them to strengthen engagement and giving. - Coordinate with the Major Gifts team to ensure appropriate identification, communication, and movement of donors between Midlevel and Major donor portfolios. - Support donor outreach efforts through the development of solicitation materials and engagement opportunities, including events. - Represent the organization at community and donor events to expand relationships and increase regional visibility. - Help plan and implement donor engagement strategies and program goals in collaboration with internal teams and le...
