Account Executive (In-Home Delivery) OVERVIEW: The uShip Sales team is seeking a versatile and highly motivated Account Executive to drive new business and partner with retailers shipping large and complex household items through our In-Home Delivery (IHD) white-glove solution. IHD operates much like a startup within the larger uShip eco-system. This is a full-cycle sales role (A → Z) with ownership across prospecting, closing, and early-stage account development. You will play a key role in winning new clients and supporting the growth of a rapidly evolving program, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. As a key member of the Sales team, you will engage with senior stakeholders, identify complex business challenges, and position uShip as a long-term logistics partner. While the sales cycle is structured, the program itself continues to evolve—requiring adaptability, strong ownership, and a collaborative mindset.
